Community Guidelines

Last revised: 1 August 2026

ClubLe introduces you to people worth playing with. You will meet them twice: on a short video call to check the vibe, and then in person. Everything else happens between you and the ClubLe concierge in chat. These guidelines cover how we expect members to behave in all three places. They form part of our Terms of Service.

Be honest

Be yourself. Give us your real name, your real skill level, and be straight about what you are looking for: a competitive game, a social session, a way to unwind. Honest answers get you better connections. Misrepresenting yourself wastes everyone's time, including yours.

Show up

When you confirm a session, you have made a commitment to real people. Turn up, and turn up on time. If you cannot make it, cancel as early as you can. Repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations mean fewer introductions, and eventually none.

On the video call

The call is a quick, low-pressure way to check you would enjoy playing together. Be friendly, be yourself, keep it appropriate. Do not record the call or take screenshots of the other person. If the call does not feel right, you can say no to the connection, no explanation needed, no hard feelings.

In person

Treat the people you meet the way you would want to be treated on your best day. Respect the venue and its rules. Play fair, whatever the score. Harassment, aggression, discrimination or making anyone feel unsafe has no place at a ClubLe session, on court, off court, before or after.

Not a pickup service

If a real connection grows into something more, that is between you. But ClubLe is not for sexual solicitation, and nobody comes to a session to be hit on. Read the room, respect a no, and never make the game the pretext.

Feedback is part of the deal

After sessions we ask how it went, including about the people you met. Be honest and fair. Feedback keeps the community accountable and makes everyone's next connection better. Never use it to settle scores: bad-faith reports are themselves a violation.

Keep it between you

What you learn about other members (names, contact details, anything shared on a call or at a session) is theirs. Do not share it, post it or use it for anything other than the connection itself.

If something goes wrong

Message the concierge. Whether it is a no-show, an uncomfortable call, or behaviour at a session, we want to know. We review every report. Consequences scale with the behaviour: fewer introductions, restrictions, or removal from ClubLe.

That is it. Show up, be honest, treat people well.
