ClubLe's whole product is trust, so we keep this simple: we collect what we need to introduce you to the right people, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. What we collect
- Signup details: your name, email address, and city.
- Profile information: what you share in conversation with the concierge: skill level, availability, preferences, and the personality signals we read from how you answer.
- Conversation history: your chats with the ClubLe concierge, which are what the Service runs on.
- Feedback: what you tell us after introductions and meets.
- Usage analytics: how the website and Service are used, collected via PostHog and Google Analytics.
2. How we use it
- To build your profile and find compatible matches.
- To share relevant parts of your profile with a potential match. We never share your contact details, email, or full profile. Matches learn about you what they'd learn in a first conversation.
- To arrange introductions, calls, and reminders.
- To improve matching quality over time.
- To bill your subscription and keep the Service secure.
We do not sell your data, show you ads, or use your data for advertising.
3. AI processing
Your conversations are processed by large language models from established AI providers to power the concierge. These providers process the data to provide the service to us and are contractually barred from using it to train their models on our behalf without consent.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run ClubLe, under contract, for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare: hosting and infrastructure
- Meta (WhatsApp): message delivery, when you talk to us on WhatsApp
- Stripe: payments (we never see your card number)
- Daily.co: intro video calls
- PostHog & Google: analytics
- ZeptoMail: transactional email
5. Retention
We keep your data while you have an account, and for a short period afterwards for legal and safety reasons. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, matches, and conversation history from our production systems.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you're in the UK or EU, you have these rights under GDPR; we honour them for everyone. Just message the concierge or contact us.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) to understand how pages are used. We filter out bots and don't build advertising profiles.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
